Specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery · Founder of ProDoc

As a specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery, I spent years watching how much time after each consultation goes into documentation — time that should belong to my patients. At my practice at Orthocentrum Düsseldorf-Benrath, I work across conservative and surgical orthopaedics — and the desire to reclaim time for what matters most.
Together with experienced software developers, I built ProDoc — a solution I use every day in my own practice. My scope covers all areas of conservative and surgical orthopaedics, with a special focus on sports injuries and joint conditions. Now I want colleagues to benefit too.

The AI assistant
For physicians, practices and clinics — a tool that listens, understands and writes the chart while you treat.
Every practice knows the second shift: when the last patient leaves and the screen comes on. Time the person in front of you never got. Time that, in the evening, your own children don't get. ProDoc was built by a physician who lived that for years — so that hour can end.
Most systems stop at the transcript. ProDoc understands the visit — and writes the chart.
01
The consultation is underway. ProDoc listens in — even when someone talks over.
02
Course, complaints, context: not just words, but what counts clinically.
03
History, findings, plan take shape as you go. Clear, ready for your review.
04
Nothing leaves the room without you. Clinical responsibility stays with the physician.
CDI
Clinical Documentation Integrity
Not every consultation arrives fully in the language of the record. ProDoc reviews the chart for clinical integrity — specificity, concomitant findings, severity. What remains vague appears as a suggestion. For your review. Not as coding. Release stays with you.
01
General wording is marked before the record is closed.
02
Course, concomitant findings, severity: what was present in the room should not vanish between the lines.
03
CDI sharpens the documentation. Nothing is taken over until you release it.
Talk with the patient. ProDoc listens, understands the course of the visit and turns it into structured documentation — while you are still in the room. No dictation after hours.
History, findings, plan: suggested automatically, written clearly, ready for your release. Clinical responsibility stays with you. The typing does not.
Connects to common practice and clinic systems — including medatixx and others. No rip-and-replace. ProDoc sits as an intelligence layer on what you already use.
What physicians keep naming in surveys is what gets built. Behind ProDoc are not just developers — but years of clinical experience and a tool that keeps growing with the working day.
